Taking it easy

The focus of the blog has been lost in injury, I really hurt my ribs and some muscle tissue on the upper left side of my chest and it has really put a crimp in my style for sure. So what did I do? Light workouts all week, a moderate bike ride for an hour, a slow run for an hour, light plyometrics and a light Kung Fu workout focusing on movement and style. Eating healthy, taking the right supplements to get healthy and taking care of my body have been the focus. Working through injury is a great time to allow the entire body to heal and catch up in what is otherwise a constant barrage of workouts and pressure from a vigorous routine.
